Child Safety Policy (Prohibition of CSAE/CSAM)

This policy applies to Seereal (com.seerealbox) social app service.
Anonymous Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) establishes and operates the following Child Safety Standards Policy to protect the safety of children and adolescents within the SeeReal app service.
1. Basic Principles (Explicit Prohibition of CSAE) SeeReal prioritizes the safety of children and explicitly and strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). The Company applies a zero-tolerance policy against sexual abuse, exploitation, solicitation, grooming, sexual objectification, and all related illegal acts targeting children and adolescents.
Any CSAE-related content will be immediately removed and reported to relevant authorities.
2. Prohibited Acts Users must not engage in the following acts on SeeReal:

Creating, posting, storing, transmitting, requesting, sharing, or promoting acts corresponding to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or CSAE-related content.

Attempting sexual conversation, sexual approaches, solicitation, threats, exploitation, or grooming targeting children and adolescents.

Posting or transmitting content that sexually objectifies children and adolescents or implies or depicts abuse and exploitation.

Illegal or inappropriate contact, requests, promotions, or mediations that may threaten the safety of children and adolescents.

Aiding, concealing, or repeatedly attempting the above acts.
3. Age-Related Standards The Company may restrict the registration or use of users under the age of 14 in accordance with relevant terms of service and operational policies.
4. In-App Reporting Mechanism and Child Safety Officer The SeeReal app officially provides an in-app reporting mechanism as a means to resolve issues related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and violations of child safety, allowing users to submit feedback and report violations directly. In addition, to promptly handle concerns, inquiries, or urgent reports related to child safety standards and CSAE, we have designated a Child Safety Contact as follows:

This contact is dedicated to handling child safety and CSAE-related concerns.
The Company reviews received reports and immediately takes appropriate measures, such as requesting additional information, imposing temporary restrictions, or blocking content when necessary.
5. Company’s Actions The Company will report confirmed CSAM to relevant authorities, including NCMEC where applicable. The Company may take the following actions regarding child safety:

Deletion or access restriction of related content

Temporary restriction or permanent suspension of accounts

Service use restrictions, including restrictions on re-registration

Preservation of data in accordance with relevant laws, and active reporting to and cooperation with relevant authorities (such as law enforcement agencies)

Additional review and internal responses to ensure service safety
6. Compliance with Relevant Laws and Policies The Company strictly complies with all applicable domestic and international laws and regulations related to the protection of children, app market policies including Google Play and the Apple App Store, the Company’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and internal operational policies. Furthermore, if concerns regarding child safety violations are identified during service operations, the Company may review relevant information and take necessary actions within the required scope. The Company’s existing Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also include provisions regarding safe service operation, responses to abnormal use, fulfillment of legal obligations, and restrictions on prohibited acts.
7. Disclosure and Amendment of Policy The Company will disclose this policy within the service or on its homepage and may amend the contents as necessary in accordance with relevant laws, policies, or operational needs.
